Introduction to Awesome Support

Awesome Support is the most versatile and feature-rich support plugin for WordPress. It is the only helpdesk and support ticketing plugin that can match the feature set of a SAAS solution such as Zendesk or Helpscout.

To get started you need to go to MBR CRM ‘s website and download the Awesome Support plugin and install it on your website. 

Once you successfully integrated the MBR CRM ‘s Awesome Support plugin you will be able to see a new benchmark inside your funnel builder.
Once you add a new benchmark in the funnel builder you will be able to see new settings fields with the dropdown. 

Here, you can select an action that triggers automation in MBR CRM. You can select run automation when a support ticket is created or when a support ticket is closed by the agent. This kind of automation is ideal for gathering feedback from the client regarding their support requests.
