Introduction to Amazon Integration

MBR CRM is an extraordinary sales and marking automation tool for the WordPress platform that also offers Amazon Integration

Here at MBR CRM, we believe marketing and automation tools shouldn’t be expansive and for that, we have developed various extensions that add lots of power to MBR CRM. MBR CRM provides various solutions for sending emails and SMS like Twilio and MBR CRM Sending service.

We are adding new integration in our stack to help you with Email and SMS sendings.

MBR CRM Amazon Integration uses Amazon Web services to send emails and SMS. AWS is packed with lots of features but this integration uses two of them.

SES(Simple Email Service): SES is responsible for sending emails from MBR CRM to the end-users. SES is also responsible for managing identities using which users are allowed to send emails. Users can register their domain identity or email identity using SES.

SNS(Simple Notification Service): SNS is another important service used by Amazon integration. SNS is responsible for sending SMS to end-users. Apart from that, SNS also handles bounce and Complaints generated by the SES.

To get started, you need to get your MBR CRM -AWS plugin if you did not download it and you need your AWS account to process further.?

If you don’t have an account you can create a new account.? Once you successfully logged in, create users with access to SES and SNS. You can refer to AWS documentation for creating user roles and user credentials. Once you have users’ credentials you are ready to connect AWS integration with your AWS account. For that, install the plugin on your website.? Once completed, you will be able to see a new tab as well as new settings tab inside the MBR CRM settings.

Now open Mbrcrm > setting > Amazon SES tab. Add all the required settings and click on save changes.
