How to Check for Errors

If you are experiencing issues with broadcasts, funnels, or emails you may have set up something incorrectly. Learn how to check for errors by following the steps below!

Mbrcrm has a log of all the automation that happens in the background and keeps a record of errors so you can diagnose what might have gone wrong.

To see the log, go to Mbrcrm > Events > Failed and see if there are any failed events.

You can find related error messages to see what is causing the issue.
