AWS allows you to individually verify ownership of an email address. This is good in the event you do not have access to your DNS zone
Follow these steps in adding an email sender identity.
1. Add Your Email to AWS
Go to the AWS management screen in your WordPress site and add the email you wish to send from.
2. Verify Your Email
You will receive an email from AWS with a link to verify you own the email address. Click the link to verify the domain.
